Welcome to SecurityManadhey.com and the HIT Cyber Challenge! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in the contests, and content offered on this platform. By registering or participating in any challenge, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Use of the Platform

  • This platform is intended for educational and skill-development purposes in cybersecurity and SOC analysis.
  • You agree not to misuse the simulation environment, platform,logs or tools in any unlawful or malicious way.

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • You must register using a valid email ID or through Google Sign-In.
  • Only registered and verified users who complete payment will receive access to contents.
  • Multiple or fraudulent registrations may result in disqualification or permanent suspension.

3. Payments & Access

  • Each challenge or investigation case requires a nominal participation fee (e.g., ₹50), paid securely via Razorpay.
  • Payment confirmation will be required before granting access to the contents.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated for specific events or errors.

4. Content Ownership

  • All logs, stories, simulation data, and challenge content are the intellectual property of SecurityManadhey.com.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell the content without permission.

5. Leaderboard & Rewards

  • Top participants who accurately identify root causes may be listed on the leaderboard and awarded prizes (e.g., Amazon vouchers).
  • Decisions on winners are final and at the discretion of the HIT Cyber Challenge review team.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the content ethically and for personal learning.
  • Any form of cheating, automation, or collaborative solving without permission may result in disqualification.

7. Limitation of Liability

SecurityManadhey.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in simulations.

8. Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or user account in case of policy violations.
